John Le Busque began martial art training in 1964 with Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu and Judo then several years of Karate before getting back to Taekwondo. He successfully competed for ten years in Taekwondo competition and also tried his hand at a number of Judo competitions. He has trained and refereed in Asia and Europe. John holds a 7th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and was graded by Young Youl Oh (9th Dan - Taekwondo). John is an International referee, a Black Belt in Judo, a Tai Chi Instructor, a Boxacise instructor, level 1 N.C.A.S. Coach and a VicFit qualified fitness instructor. He opened his first Taekwondo school in 1973 while working as a teacher in Country Victoria and since 1994 has concentrated on his Prahran school where he teaches full time.
