A Kickboxing Hybrid

Mixing elements of kickboxing, Taekwondo and boxing, our Kick’n’Box classes are a unique hybrid which will give you a broad skill base to further pursue martial arts. Kick’n’Box is designed for beginners with little, or no, martial arts experience and allows students to get a feel for some basic skills. In addition, Kick’n’Box provides a fantastic total body workout, working on aerobic fitness, upper body exercise and is also great to strengthen your core and lower body.

What Exactly is Kick’n’Box?

These classes are based on the hand skills of boxing, with the kicks of kick boxing and Taekwondo. Kick’n’Box differs from Taekwondo as contact in this form of martial arts focuses on contact, and defence, of the head and not the body. This is an absolutely essential skill to learn to be able to protect yourself in real world self-defence situations. Taking our Kick’n’Box classes is a great introduction into further martial arts training or to be used as a basic self-defence course.

Class Times

Our Kick’n’Box classes are held at the following times:
  • Monday 6:30 - 7:30 pm
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm
  • Wednesdays 7 - 8pm
  • Saturdays from 1:30 – 2:30pm

How Much Does It Cost?

Classes costs $25per session $20 concession or
$80 per month for one class a week
$90 per month for two classes per week
$100 per month for unlimited class, this includes training in Taekwondo and Karate classes.
